From coordinating inspections to lining up contractors and obtaining repair estimates, Anna Marie invested an incredible amount of time and effort to help my wife and I make informed decisions. When we determined that a structural engineering study was needed, she once again came through, locating a qualified engineer and arranging for a report on very short notice. Her responsiveness, resourcefulness, and dedication were truly impressive. Beyond her exceptional work ethic, Anna Marie was a wealth of knowledge about both the local real estate market and the history of the area, which gave us added confidence. What could have been a stressful process became much more manageable thanks to her guidance, expertise, and support. By the time we closed, we felt like we had gained not only an outstanding real estate agent, but also a new friend. I would highly recommend Anna Marie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
